The Superior Queen Room was spacious and comfy, with convenient amenities like a microwave, mini-fridge, and a nice flat-screen TV. The outdoor pool was perfect for the kids. Breakfast had a great variety including real eggs and pancakes. Staff were responsive and friendly, making our stay even better.

I really loved the spacious room with a great view. The unique feature of the shower with a retractable clothesline was super handy. the water bottle filling station was a nice touch to stay hydrated. I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Waffle House was just a hop away for some classic breakfast, and I devoured those Jimmy Dean sandwiches every morning! The pool area was super chill for the kids. The staff was really on point. Can't beat that breakfast variety, either!

Lobby was sweltering when we rolled in. The room reeked of mold—guess the AC was MIA. Plus, that noise from the street and the truck at 2 am would give anyone nightmares!

Needed an ADA room. It looked fine at first. When I laid down, I noticed the mattress reeked of dog smell. Two awful nights in that room! Never going back to Best Western in Lake Worth, despite being our usual spot. That smell was unbearable! They really need to replace the mattress!

The king room offered a comfortable stay with a filling water station, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the bathroom felt cramped, and the furnishings seemed outdated. A lingering cigarette smell in the room detracted from the overall experience.

If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to have a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and my King Room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing environment after a long day of work. The staff members were efficient and friendly, particularly helpful in accommodating my needs swiftly. I was also pleased to find a well-equipped business center, which significantly aided my work-related tasks during my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruits and quality coffee.

Parking was somewhat limited.

The common areas were warmly inviting, with bright lighting and easy navigation, making my stay comfortable as a senior. The staff were exceptionally considerate, always ready to assist and ensure my needs were met smoothly.
